Spotlight on our signature air fryer crispy wings! With this simple recipe, your Vida Sana™ Cook+ Air Fryer Oven, minimal ingredients, and just a few minutes of prep time, you’ll be digging into hot, tasty wings fresh from the air fryer right on time for kick-off.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Press red ON/OFF button. Turn dial until AIR FRY preset is selected (preset will illuminate, blink, and display default temperature and time). Press TEMP icon on right side of panel and turn dial to increase to 400°F, then press TIME icon and turn dial to increase to 15 minutes. Press START button to begin preheating (PREHEAT icon will blink during this process).
- While oven preheats, remove tips of wings, split at the joint, and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Add wings to bowl with remaining ingredients, spray lightly, and toss with tongs to coat.
- Open oven door, slide baking tray into oven at bottom position, add wings to fry basket and slide into oven at top position, and close oven door to begin cooking (clock will begin counting down from preset time).
- Open oven door and slide fry basket out. Add wings to clean bowl with sauce of choice (recipes below) and toss to coat with clean tongs. Serve immediately.
